Alkhazna has been setup at 1999 and has started the actual production since 2000 , factory is specialized in production of all types of chemical fertilizers ( soluble ,granular and liquid ) , factory has interested , from the first moment, with the high quality of the production according to ISO standards and a high level of quality and homogenize.
Our soluble production are distinguished by forming homogenize fertilizers, are not settle out ,with a high accuracy in element percentages ,with certain resources of the first materials to give a useful benefits and satisfy all plant needs for a good growth .
Alkhazna factory consistes of three main production lines for chemical fertilizers .
All these lines are under high qulity control system according to iso standards (9001:2000)
In which samples are taken from all mixtures and analysis is occurred on it in the quality control laboratory with continuous updated technique to assure quality applying .
Consists of group of production units for breaking and transport the first material to the mixer (physical mixing) according to a high technology to obtain Avery homogenize compound of a homogenize shape ,structure and color then transported to a modern packing machine .
This is a distinguishable one in our area in which we use a high technique for chemical fertilizers production on homogenize granular shape with 2-4diameter rang, slow solubility and decomposition in soils and every granule contain all fertilizer elements (NPK and the trace elements)to give plants the big chance
Factory produce this type depending on dissolving and chemical reaction methods by use organic ,carboxylic and metallic compounds which enters a high technique production lines to obtain homogenize solutions packed in 1 , 4 , 5 , and 20 liters.
